Cherry Creek Vista & The Hills at Cherry Creek Vista are very desirable neighborhoods in the S.E. Denver suburbs, by the Denver Tech Center (DTC).
Homes range from $250,000 – $700,000 and were built between 1978 and 1994.
Cherry Creek Vista homes come in many different styles: Tri-levels with or without basements; 2 story homes with basement (some walk out basements); a few ranch style homes and a few bi-level homes.
The schools are in the coveted Cherry Creek School District. The elementary schools are the Award Winning Cottonwood & High Plains schools. The elementary schools are within walking distance from Cherry Creek Vista. The High School, Cherry Creek High School, is a “Blue Ribbon School”.
The community has many amenities: parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, swim pool, picnic area, close proximity to shopping, entertainment, I-25, C-470, DTC, Park Meadows and Light Rail.
There is an active HOA in the neighborhood but voluntary dues in the amount of $25 a year. The HOA normally has a pancake breakfast during the summer at Peakview Park, a Dumpster Day, a website and a newsletter.
